Carolyn has more than 17 years experience in software development and consulting for the utility industry. Carolyn's product expertise coupled with her educational back ground in the human factors of software provide the foundation for relating business problems to available technical solutions. She has served 5 years on the Utilities Industry Advisory Board for the DistribuTECH Conference, serving on the Distribution Operations track and chairing the Enterprise Integration and Mobile tracks.
